Last Sunday I interviewed a gorgeous girl about this exact topic. She’s knows all about happiness, it’s her jam.
Emily is incredibly passionate about mental health and education. The reason? She’s been there, done that. As a teenager Emily battled ongoing mood funks. After 10 years of anxiety and depression, Emily had enough. So she took life with both hands as she endeavoured to find out how she can get better naturally.
After lots of research and self-discovery, Emily found out the secret to long-term happiness and dubbed it the ‘Serotonin Formula’!
Last Sunday I sat down with Emily to learn more about this formula which she believes can be achieved by following 12 simple steps. We recorded the show LIVE from her eatery! It was broadcasted to her thousands of fans on Facebook and Instagram. It was loads of fun!
